Question 3: The students who are the immediate benefactors of the conflict-resolution team are the two girls who had the original dispute. How will the members of the conflict-resolution team, who have been learning and practicing these skills, benefit as they progress through school and life?

The two boys leading the conflict-resolution team will dramatically benefit from teaching others to problem-solve. Not only are they learning problem-solving skills for themselves, but they are gaining the knowledge to share their skills with others. The boys are also mastering the ability to solve problems at this age level, which will assist them in solving more complex and difficult problems that may come about as they get older.
